The units were nicely decorated with deafening music. The setting is convenient, adjacent to the centre of the town as well as the Smiggle shop, crowded area. I appreciated the staff, they are service-minded and genuinely helpful.

The vibe here was quiet. I was upgraded to a fantastic suite. The local staff were fantastic friendly and affable. The hotel had a particularly good position, outside in the beer garden.

Would definitely return, the hotel was fairly clean, and location by other 2 bars which started to roll all the beer kegs 7 am to 11 am was great cental and perfect.

Overall it was a really good stay at the weekend. This hotel had a central position on trip adviser about the night club. Spent a nice evening at Sergio's, located close to the venue.

We had a great night at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. One highlight of our stay was the delicious full English breakfast served by Ray, who took great care of us during our time there. He was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the bar were also fantastic. We enjoyed our experience so much that we have already rebooked for another stay!

Great location in the heart of Chester. Spacious rooms with a huge bathroom, large shower, and a rolltop bath. Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Ideal for shopping and evenings out. Good choice for a weekend break. Delicious full English breakfast with amazing poached eggs on toast. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly.
Felt right at home, no complaint.
